Airline tickets ARE NOT included in the land cost of our trips.

We are offering all-inclusive packages with airline tickets from LAX and from MIAMI for the June, July and August Inca Trail Marathons as well as for the Inca Trail Running Adventure in August. Flights depart LAX and Miami at night and connect directly to Cusco. You will not have to buy airline tickets in advance, and the tickets will be paid with your final payment.

To avoid participants having to pay a premium for an extra night at the hotel at the airport in Lima or hotel in Cusco, an additional night was added at Hotel Picoaga in Cusco. We are also making available low cost all-inclusive flights departing from LAX and from Miami connecting directly to Cusco.

The best option will be to use our tickets including the flights to Cusco. If you decide to fly to Lima with a different airline please check the airline websites or contact them directly. Some travelers choose to use their "frequent flier" miles to request the airline tickets to Lima. Please note that you will also need the flights from Lima to Cusco and Cusco to Lima. Make sure to check with us the cost of those internal flights, so that you have your total cost BEFORE buying your international airline tickets or BEFORE redeeming miles that do not provide you with the internal flights in Peru.

The 1st night of the program is the night in Cusco as listed on the itinerary. Depending on your flights you may need a hotel in Lima on your arrival. Those arriving to Lima early in the morning can connect directly to Cusco.

The last night of the program is in Lima. Some use the last day in Lima as a day use hotel only, and depart that same evening. The overnight in Lima the last night can be included at no extra cost.

Andes Adventures will reserve the round trip flights to Cusco. Check with us about the cost of these tickets; we will post the prices as soon as the airline makes them available. This will assure you are on the correct flights with the group. We do not recommend that you issue the internal tickets for travel within Peru, because it may be difficult to assure that you will get the correct flights from Lima to Cusco and from Cusco to Lima. Reservations get moved around by LAN and you may miss part of the itinerary in Cusco or Lima, as well as have to cover the cost of extra transfers on different schedules

We can reserve additional rooms that you may need in Lima or Cusco.

Participants coming from Europe or other countries find it more economical and convenient to fly directly to Lima. See suggested airlines at the link above or search options online.

Important note: Make sure to let us know BEFORE issuing any airline tickets, so that we can help you coordinate the correct flights and best options for your trip. Extensions are available in Peru and additional nights can be arranged to accommodate your itinerary. Please plan in advance.
